Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received and written confirmation is issued by Bird Odyssey Tours. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with all visa, vaccination, travel insurance, and health requirements.
Payments for tours or related services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the tour start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled tour.
Processing fees and third-party payment charges may apply.
